Cotswold Counselling is a registered charity dedicated to the relief of emotional distress caused by mental or physical ill health or by social or economic circumstances, affecting people in the Cotswolds and the surrounding area.

Currently it helps in excess of 500 local people, adults, children and young people, each year to cope with a wide range of emotional problems such as:

  • stress

  • depression

  • loneliness

  • bereavement

  • anger

  • anxiety

  • lack of self esteem

  • eating disorders

  • childhood abuse

  • suicidal thoughts

  • health problems

  • relationship issues

Confidential counselling is carried out throughout the Cotswolds in Cirencester, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden and at home for those unable to travel.
