The office is usually staffed between the following hours:

Monday: 11am - 3pm

Tuesday - Friday: 9.30am - 4pm

Our confidential answerphone facility is operational at all times.

The office is closed on weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.

Counselling appointments are available between 9.00am-9.00pm Monday - Friday.
